All Harper and Rowe products are carefully checked for damage or faulty workmanship before they are dispatched. However, if you wish to return a product because the product is faulty and this fault or damage is not due to normal wear and tear, Harper and Rowe will gladly repair, refund or exchange the original item for a period of 6 months after purchase. In the event of this not being possible, the jewellery may be exchanged for the same, or a similar item of the same value if Harper and Rowe no longer holds the item in stock.
Non-Warranty Exchanges & Returns
Harper and Rowe provides a 100% refund guarantee from the time of receipt of purchase for a period of 14 days. Returns made after this time will not be accepted.
We hope that you are delighted with your H&R online purchase, however If you are not completely happy with it Harper and Rowe will provide a refund, exchange or store credit note, providing you return the product back to us, with swing tag attached, in its original saleable condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
If you are doing an exchange please include a pre-paid postage bag (express bags are best as they can be tracked) so that we won’t have to charge you for return mail.
We recommend that you purchase insurance which will protect you should any damage or loss occur during the shipment of your return. Harper and Rowe will not be held liable for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit to us.
Custom and modification orders are not refundable unless they are faulty.
Earrings may not be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
There is no exchange or refund on sale items unless they are faulty.
If you wish to return your purchase, or in the unlikely situation that your purchase is damaged or faulty please email our head office at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, so that we can issue you with the Returns Authorization Form and Number necessary to enable us to promptly address the matter.
Send the unworn product with swing tag attached, the completed returns authorization form, including number and the original invoice in its original packaging (at your shipping expense) within 14 days of receipt to:

Returns will not be accepted without a completed returns form, original packaging (including swing tags) and original invoice.
Please take care in re-packaging your purchase for return. It is your responsibility to return the merchandise in its original saleable condition.
We will provide you with a refund, exchange or store credit to the value of your original purchase within 14 days of return if the return conditions are met to our satisfaction.
Note: All refunds will be made by the same method the original payment was made.
